Plan in Advance

Golf courses allocate tee times on a first-come, first-served basis. TPC Danzante Bay is no exception. To increase your chances of securing a preferred tee time, plan your golf outing well in advance. Book several weeks or even months ahead if you plan to visit during peak or holiday seasons.

Consider Off-Peak Times

Tee times after 12 noon are generally less in demand and may offer more flexibility. If you’re willing to play during off-peak hours, you’re more likely to find available tee times that suit your preferences.

Be Flexible

How to Book Tee Times

Tee times at TPC Danzante Bay cannot be booked at GolfNow or similar online platforms. The club’s official website provides real-time availability and allows you to secure tee times conveniently. To avoid disappointment, the club posts its course maintenance schedule. For example, the website clearly states that its semi-annual aerification procedure is scheduled this year from June 15 – 30 and again from August 15 – 30, 2024. During these periods, nine (9) holes will be available for play. Rates are reduced by 50% per round during these periods. A 20% discount will apply to the club’s standard rates during the 10 days following the aerification treatment.

For vacationing golfers who choose to stay at Villa del Palmar, Stay & Play packages offer the best value and the most flexibility.

For example, the basic 3-night Golf Package offers room-only as well as all-inclusive plans. The package includes one golf round with cart per adult, a $25 USD spa certificate per room, one access to wet areas of Sabila Spa per adult, and three nights in a deluxe suite.

The Stay & Play Golf Package covers all of the above plus two rounds of golf with cart per adult.

For more avid players, the 3-night Unlimited Golf Package is the way to go. As above, room-only and all-inclusive plans are available, as is the spa certificate and spa access. The package’s main feature is unlimited golf rounds with cart for three days.

As per the club’s website, if you have a prepaid Stay & Play package at TPC Danzante Bay, simply enter the promo code “PREPAID” as you proceed to book your tee time. Advance payment is not required at this time. Rates include shared cart, access to 9-hole putting course, and use of practice facility.

Time of Day to Play: Different Strokes for Different Folks

The preferred time of day to play is a matter of personal preference. Serious golfers generally like to play early, when course conditions are at their best. Also, securing an early morning tee time enables faster players to zip around the course without delay. On the other hand, some vacationing golfers like to sleep in, enjoy a leisurely breakfast and play in the late morning or early afternoon.
