Endless Summer, Endless Golf

Terms and Conditions:

• The prize of 4 days/3 nights in a Deluxe Suite for two adults at Villa del Palmar Beach Resort & Spa at the Islands of Loreto (Only Room Plan), plus unlimited golf with a golf cart per adult at TPC Danzante Bay can be enjoyed between April 15, 2021 and March 31, 2022. On-property food and beverages are the guest’s responsibility.
• Prize cannot be used during holiday periods or blackout dates and is subject to availability. The prize is not transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. The winning certificate must be presented upon arrival at the resort. Blackout dates and changes without prior notice may apply.
• This is a public contest organized by Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto and TPC Danzante Bay and is not affiliated with Instagram or its parent company.
• The purpose of this contest is to allow participants to comment and tag friends in a post for a chance to win a golf vacation.
• Participation is free, voluntary, and open to anyone over 18 years old.
• Participation is limited to residents of the United States of America, Mexico, or Canada.
• Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the contest if the nature of their comments is negative or offensive to others.
• The contest participation period starts on March 1 and ends on March 31, 2021 at 23:59h (Loreto, B.C. S., Mexico time). After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or annul the contest at its discretion for any reason.
• Any changes to the contest will be notified via Instagram posts on the organizer’s accounts.
• The organizer is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this contest.
• The winner will be selected from users who complete the requirements of participation.
• The winner will be notified via Instagram no later than April 5. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• The organizer’s decision in respect to all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. 
• The name of the winner will be published on diverse communication platforms, such as websites, blogs, social media, etc.
• The winner of the stay must sign a release so that photographs and videos can be taken upon arrival at our resort for advertising purposes.
• Participation in the contest implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions, and the result of the winner.
